Buttermilk sheet cake, topped with a layer of homemade mint-chocolate chip ice cream (made with fresh mint leaf-infused cream), layered with chocolate sauce-covered fudgeos, fudge, ice cream, fudgeos, fudge, and more ice cream and hten topped with whipping cream.

Birthday cake for our friend Veniese.  Vanilla buttermilk sheetcake with a layer of homemade chocolate pudding, covered in purple homemade butter cream icing.

It's our friend Sarah's birthday, and I've gone all out for a fantastically-decorated buttermilk/vanilla sheetcake, layered with homemade butterscotch pudding, and covered in buttercream icing.  The secret? Coloured icing made beforehand and stored in the freezer for future use (courtesy of my mom).  Thanks mom!
