What lies beneath this beautiful dessert?  Peach and raspberry trifle with homemade vanilla pudding and buttermilk sheet cake.  Every layer has been brushed with brandy and Grand Marnier.

Dessert Naming Contest

My wife Helmi decided to whip up a dessert on the fly, and it tasted amazing! The only problem is that we don't know what to name it, and need your help!

• Base: Baked oatmeal crumble
• Middle: Cinnamon cheesecake base with condensed milk
• Top: Roasted apple cinnamon resting on maple syrup infused cream, then drizzled with maple syrup

(It's pretty healthy considering what it is - the only fat in it is from the condensed milk)
