Smoked salmon is on sale for about half off at Loblaws.  A simple smoked salmon sandwich with avocado and montreal steak spice.

Guinness + Crisps + Club = Irish Lunch

My first meal on a recent trip to Ireland (specifically the Spanish Arch in Co. Galway). Guinness was great, but the crisps were amazing. The sandwiches are ham & cheese and the chicken club (avec BACON!).

"The Sandwich"

Lunch inspired by "The Sandwich" from Spanglish, which is basically a gourmet BLT.  Although my sandwich didn't have "L" or the "T", the "B" more than made up for it.  Made with toasted bread, bacon, avocado, melted cheese, and a fried egg.
