A great way to conclude our tour of the Guinness Storehouse. The bartender poured a shamrock into the foam of the beer!

Dinner at Carluccio's in Dublin. Chicken pate and garlic bread to start. Had such a great main, that I forgot to snap a picture. 

Guinness + Crisps + Club = Irish Lunch

My first meal on a recent trip to Ireland (specifically the Spanish Arch in Co. Galway). Guinness was great, but the crisps were amazing. The sandwiches are ham & cheese and the chicken club (avec BACON!).
