Roasted turkey over a bed of homemade stuffing.  We tried adding almonds to the stuffing this year, and it was fabulous!

Baked Squash and Mashed Potatoes

Baked squash with parmesan cheese and garlic mashed potatoes.  Served with gravy and (of course) turkey.

They call this the Special

This is the lunch special from Fitz Patrick's in Doolin Co. Clare. Main course consisted of turkey, potatoes (boiled and mashed), cauliflower mash, crispy kale and gravy. First desert is a chocolate pecan tart and the second is a carrot cake with cream.
