By David
A simple oven-roasted potato dish with tilapia added halfway through. Served with plain ol' mayonnaise. It may not be pretty, but it's tasty.

Roasted Potatoes
By David
Helmi roasted another chicken, but this time I put it over a bed of potatoes and red peppers. The result? Some of the tastiest veggies I've ever made. That glistening shine? Pure chicken fat.

This is the lunch special from Fitz Patrick's in Doolin Co. Clare. Main course consisted of turkey, potatoes (boiled and mashed), cauliflower mash, crispy kale and gravy. First desert is a chocolate pecan tart and the second is a carrot cake with cream.

Meat Ship
By David
I made this in May, but it's awesome enough to warrant a post. Homemade model ship of meatloaf, with a sausage mast and sails of ham. Floating in a sea of garlic mashed potatoes.
I'd like to make another meat sculpture in the future - any suggestions?
