By David
A simple oven-roasted potato dish with tilapia added halfway through. Served with plain ol' mayonnaise. It may not be pretty, but it's tasty.

Chinese Banquet
We trekked out to Miu Gardens at Pacific Mall's Market Village for an authentic Chinese feast. As guests sit around (multiple) enormous round tables, dishes of food are placed around a lazy-susan to be shared. I was too busy enjoying the food to take many pictures, but this shot represents only about half of what came out.
Food pictured includes:
- Steamed fish
- Mushroom soup
- Stir fried shrimp and veggies with almonds
- Cantonese lobster
- Mushrooms, gai lan, and rice noodles
- Barbeque chicken with shrimp chips
- Meat plate including barbeque pork, duck, jellyfish, and pork belly
- Mushrooms and baby bok choi stir fry
Food not pictured includes:
- Shrimp and crab balls
- Seafood stir fried rice
- Shanghai style noodles
- Sweet and sour pork
- (real) Tapioca
- Watermelon Jello
