Fish & Chips & Bok Choi

A poor man's version of fish and chips.
  • Frozen fish: ~ $1.50
  • Two potatoes: $0.70
  • Bok Choi: $0.54
Pan fried sole filets with homefries and steamed chinese greens.  Turned out quite well!
