Pork Tenderloin Stew

It's a rainy day here, so I decided to warm up with some comfort food. Pork tenderloin braised with apples, carrots, onions, garlic, apple sauce, and homemade chicken stock. Served with pita bread.

They call this the Special
This is the lunch special from Fitz Patrick's in Doolin Co. Clare. Main course consisted of turkey, potatoes (boiled and mashed), cauliflower mash, crispy kale and gravy. First desert is a chocolate pecan tart and the second is a carrot cake with cream.
