Almond-crusted Pork

We can eat almonds again, so I went overboard and made almond-crusted pork chops.  Served with roasted potatoes, carrots, and apples.

    Yeah, they aren't technically "nuts". We found out that almonds are related to peach pits, and so we can have em.
